We run on a Warn Kick Ban Policy meaning you will be kicked twice before being banned so its 2 warnings, kinda like the 3 strikes your out policy.

1. English Only or use the Translator. Please out of respect for other chatters No CAPS allowed, 1-3 words ONLY, warn, kick, ban for 1 hour!

2. Do not Advertise ANY xat.com Chat Sites, No Vote ads, or telling people to click your homepage. Only ads allowed are Marriland, Serebii, Forums, Photobucket, TinyPic and YouTube links. Automatic Ban. This does include advertising in Private Chat/Private Message

3. NO SPAM or Flooding Chat! (Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages)
This includes endless lines of smilies and audies/sounds. No more than 6 smilies in your name!(please warn first with smiley rule)

4. Do not Flame others (personal attacks, fighting or name calling) or make racist comments.

5. No Flame or fighting.

6. Do not ask to be a higher rank then you are! (Moderator or Owner).

7. Do not ask for Mod or temp Mod if you have been a Mod. Guest any member before you ban if they are a member.

8. Do not beg/ask for xats/days/powers. (In main chat or PC)
